Terms Of Business Remar Cables we sell direct to consumers and motorcycle dealers through out Australia.
We encourage consumers to purchase our products direct from us, obtain necessary technical advice and information, save on postage charges.
Our trading terms to consumers and Motorcycle dealerships and payment can be made by EFPOS (2.2% card fee) Cash on pickup, Internet Bank Transfer or Money Orders but No Paypal. We do not issue refunds or accept returns except in case of warranty where we have chosen to issue a refund instead of replacement. Please call us if you cannot find the product you are looking for We may be able to search the Australian dead stock system.
All parcels will be sent Australia Post registered mail with additional insurance cover.
We are not responsible for items lost once they have been posted.

Prices:

Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
They are from ASPL Australian Standard Price List.
This in not Ebay, so we Do not have Ebay prices. .
We do not search the world for the cheapest price available.
In most cases we will discount up to 15% off the ASPL price.

Refunds and Returns:
1. Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase date.
2. We can not accept returns once they have been fitting or used. (Please make sure you check the part when it arrives before fitting)
3. Goods must be unused & unmarked condition in the manufacturers supplied packaging & suitable for resale.
4. Damaged goods no matter how small will not be refunded or exchanged.
5. Returned goods must be freight paid for by the buyer.
6. Goods returned that have been correctly supplied by Remar mc will be subject to a 15% restock fee with a minimum charge of $25
7. Goods can only be returned with Remar mc approval.
8. No returns on goods because customer has changed there mind on the item.
9. No refunds or returns on items sold on Gumtree as these are run out or second-hand stock.

RUN-OUT STOCK
No warranties or refunds on Run out Discounted Stock, Non returnable under any circumstances.
ELECTRICAL PARTS
There is NO refunds what so ever on any Electrical items.

LED LIGHT WARRANTY

All LED lights are tested before sent out.
LED lights need to be wired by qualified mechanic. If not the warranty is void.
Tampering with LED lights also voids the warranty.
Replacement of LED light can only be within 7 days of purchase.
Warranty voided If LED's have been wired incorrectly.

Overseas:
As of February 2016 we DO NOT send any items what so ever Overseas.
This is part of our insurance and trading policy to avoid fraud and Paypal charge backs.

The only parts we send world wide is "Musket Mufflers" Exhaust systems
Because they come direct from the manufacturer.

Please make sure you have checked what you require before ordering as all parts that are RUNOUT or OBSOLETE stock as they are non refundable
This includes swapping and refunds.
