I have fitted a pair of MCR-950 LED spot beams to my Yamaha XTZ 1200 to use as additional lighting.
The MCR-950’s are 10 Watt LED which is similar to a 55 watt light, the light coming from these is 100% brighter then a standard Halogen and draws less amps. This would mean that bikes with a low wattage output lighting systems would have much better lighting available for a fraction of the price of a lighting upgrade.
The spot beam covers a wide area. The distances for the MCR-950 is approx 50-100 meters depending on where you have them aimed.
I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for low wattage LED lights for general use or additional lights on your bike at a bargain price $142.50 each.
